How to reach the desk
Who we will take instruction from
The owner, for a private entrance. The house committee, for common property, which in Hebrew minutes is the ועד הבית. A management company, if the committee has told them to deal with the entrance. We ask which of those you are on the quote form, and we ask again if the job is cameras, because a camera on a stair is a decision about other people’s comings and goings.
We are not a monitoring centre. We do not watch buildings for a monthly thrill. If you want someone to look at screens all night, that is a different trade. We install the equipment, we teach the password holder, and we come back when it breaks, inside the hours above.
What the workshop is for
Panels are configured on the bench at HaMelacha before they go to site, so the stair is not where we discover the power supply is the wrong voltage. Recorders are set to the committee’s retention choice before they leave the cupboard in Holon, then checked again on site because clocks drift in a box. Residents do not need to visit the workshop. If you are dropping off a failed handset by arrangement, come Sunday to Thursday in the desk hours, or Friday morning. Call first. Saturday the shutter is down.
